Please read these terms carefully before using your Kesari Club membership. By using the card, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
This membership card is exclusively created, owned, and promoted by KESARI CLUB only.
Unauthorized sale, duplication, or distribution of this card is strictly prohibited. Only Kesari Club authorized personnel are permitted to sell this membership.
This card is permanently linked to a single registered mobile number, which cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The card is fully transferable. However, any redemption strictly requires OTP verification sent only to the registered mobile number.
To avail of membership benefits, this card must be presented at the partner property's counter before billing.
Offers and benefits under this membership cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, schemes, or promotions run by the partner properties.
In case of loss, theft, or damage, it must be reported immediately. Replacement charges may apply.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity regarding the membership may result in the immediate suspension or permanent cancellation of the card without refund.
Kesari Club acts solely as a promoter and is not responsible for the quality, pricing, availability, or services provided by the partner properties.
Membership benefits, partner properties, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of any misunderstanding or dispute, the respective partner property management holds the final decision.
All benefits are subject to partner business terms and availability.
Once purchased, the membership fee is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Payments must be made only through the official Kesari Club digital QR/Account or authorized cash receipts. The company is not liable for personal cash given to executives without a valid digital invoice.
This card is intended for personal/family lifestyle use only. Commercial exploitation or bulk redemptions by a single individual at partner properties is strictly prohibited.
Offers at partner properties may be suspended or terminated immediately in the event of property closure, management change, or ownership transfer.
